An online platform provided by the Directorate of Urban Local Bodies (DULB) for conducting electronic auctions of properties under Municipal corporations/committees/councils across Haryana. It enables intended bidders to register, bid, and manage their auction activities seamlessly.

  • Visit the e-Auction Portal.
  • Click on the "Register" button.
  • Fill in the required details, upload necessary documents, and submit the form.
  • After payment of registration fee, you can login to the portal.

Click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password.

  • Register and log in to the portal.
  • Select the auction you wish to participate in.
  • Submit the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) as specified.
  • Start bidding once the auction is scheduled.

EMD is a refundable deposit made by participants to confirm their interest in an auction. It ensures serious participation and is refunded to non-H1 bidders after the auction.

If you win the auction:

  • You will NOTIFY by mail or SMS on your registered mobile number or email id.
  • You must pay the pending payments to get the final allotment letter in stipulated period as the terms and conditions.

EMD is a refundable amount, and it will be refunded in your bank account which you have mentioned while participation in an auction.

  • Once the auction is scheduled, the bidder receives an email and SMS intimating them about the auction start date, time, and passcode to join that auction.
  • Bidder then login to the bidder account and under current auction tab clicks on join button and enters password received on the mail and SMS.
  • Bidding window is opened, and the bidder can then place the bids for that auction.
  • The portal facilitates the bidder to join more than one auction, if the bidder has deposited the EMD for more than one auction.
  • The highest bid at the end of the auction wins, subject to approval.

No, once a bid is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Yes, registered participants can bid in multiple auctions at the same time, provided they have participated in that auction.
